Pack Your Shoes
Place the unworn shoes in their original JOSEF SEIBEL box and secure them inside a durable shipping carton.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
